Apostle Barbara Ann Weathersby
"In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your path."
Barbara A. Weathersby was introduced to Jesus Christ at an early age and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
Barbara endured many hardships and disappointments early in life; against all odds, she completed her education in the Chicago Public School System attending T.J. Keller Elementary and Dunbar Vocational High School. Although the world pulled Barbara into the path of destruction, Barbara knew within her heart the God would never leave her nor forsake her. This promise was kept and Barbara was pulled from the world and her feet were placed on "Straight Street".
Barbara united with St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church of Harvey, Illinois under the pastorate of the late Bishop Willie L. Jordon. Serving as personal administrative assistant and adjutant to Bishop Jordon until his death. She then united with Rose of Light Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, Illinois under the leadership of Reverend Jasper C. Edwards Jr. and was licensed as an Evangelist in April 2007. Evangelist Weathersby, devoted herself to the ministry and served in the vineyard; as a Rose of Light Deliverance Team member, Spiritual Advisor to the Rose of Light Vessels of Praise Dance Ministry, Director and President of IKOM (Intercessors for the Kingdom Outreach Ministry), and Director of Rare Rubies Young Women's Ministry.
Loving the Lord with her whole heart, she continued to be corrected, protected, and directed by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the awakening of Glory Temple Kingdom Ministries occurred on December 29, 2012. God called Evangelist Weathersby to the office of Pastor and was ordained February 2013, by Apostle Dr. Pernell Hewing.
Apostle Barbara A. Weathersby accepts the call to be the Bride of Christ and continues to dedicate her life to Christ and serving others.
OUR FOUNDATION

Awakened on December 29, 2012, Glory Temple Kingdom Ministries' was birthed on the scriptural foundation of Isaiah 61 and Luke 4:18-19.
Glory Temple Kingdom Ministries serves as an equipping station standing in the gap between "the receiving" of ministry and "the fulfilling" of ministry through teaching and developing intercessors to send to the outpost - infused with the word of God. Our mission is to bring Good News to the oppressed through intercession.
As part of the GTKM ministry we are poised to make a difference in the kingdom of God by helping to shape the character of men and women toward Christ-likeness.
